A student who got tired of losing focus mid-assignment — so I built the app that would force me to stop bailing out. Focus Lock started as a personal project, not a company.
Why this exists
Focus Lock wasn't built in a studio or a startup — it was built between classes, exam weeks, and way too many tabs open at once. I kept losing hours to distraction while trying to study, so instead of just downloading another app, I decided to build the one I actually needed.
It's still early — a beta, made and maintained by one student. Some tabs work today, some are still being coded late at night between assignments. I'm sharing it anyway because if it helps even one other person lock in and get through their own workload, that's the whole point.
